Good Morning and welcome to Falmouth Bay Seafood Café
The award winning family run Falmouth Bay Seafood Cafe, Truro, is based around respect and authentic produce sourcing. Local ingredients are paramount to our menus - real food you can taste is our passion.
Our fish and shellfish is landed daily from local boats and can include such delights as monkfish, dover sole, turbot and seabass. Our oysters and mussels come from Gweek. As much as possible we use fresh natural ingredients. We bake our own cakes and shortbread. Our fish is mostly served simply seasoned and grilled, with a wedge of lemon. We don't believe in hiding the flavour with sauces.
“Fresh produce, simple cooking, fabulous flavour”.
We are committed to supporting small sustainable farmers too . Our salad leaves, sweet strawberries and herbs are all home grown and our potatoes, free range eggs and vegetables are freshly harvested by Jonathan and Katrina Hinkley at Hendra Croft Farm, Newquay.
